Martabak telur (egg)

It is made from a thin dough filled with minced meat, usually mutton, and fried on a griddle until it turns golden brown. The fillings also include garlic, egg and onion. Martabak is served with slices of cucumber and onion, and a bowl of curry sauce.

They should forbid to post food pictures on Aminus3 because it's stomach torturing, you see the food and where you can get it but it's all virtual :(. I love these pictures, Dhini, they represent people at work for a living giving otherpeople something to enjoy that's what it's all about!!
